Terms of Service (TOS)
The following is a legally binding agreement between me, the designer, and you, the buyer, which establishes usage and rights. All clients and bidders are required to read my TOS. By bidding on my designs or commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to have read these terms and consented to them. I reserve the right to refuse business with anyone and to change these terms at any time.* Payment & Refunds: For Adoptable Designs, Commissions, and Custom Design, Full Upfront Payment is always required. I have an immaculate record of completing and delivering work, but I can only do so when payment has been made in full. The Winner of an Adoptable Design auction has 24 hours to make the payment, failure to pay will result in a revoked win and blacklist. I do not offer refunds.* Resale & Transfer: Buyers can resell, trade, or gift the design. It is Mandated that designs cannot be sold for more than their original purchase price, plus the value of any commissioned art added to the character.* Design & Art Edits: The buyer is allowed to make small modifications to the character's design. If the buyer requests large modifications, they must commission me, the designer, for such changes.* Prohibitions: I explicitly ban behaviors such as using the design in hateful or illegal content, or putting my artwork into any AI, or NFT. Any attempts to cover, modify or erase my signature/username is prohibited.* Credit & Ownership: The buyer owns the character, but I retain the right to be credited as the designer.* Usage Rights: ALL designs I sell are for personal use only, such as social media, and personal projects. If commercial use, such as merchandising, games, VTubing, is requested by the buyer, this requires my express permission and an additional fee.DM me for any questions regarding my Terms of Service.
